Sometimes when trying to access a survey on a device a message similar to the below is issued:

"Your platform is not viable for this survey, please use one of the options below"

The problem then faced is that there are no options below!

The issue is cause by something on the users end that is blocking the required scripts from running. This is starting to show up a lot more often with the latest influx of security enhancements being rolled out.

This article help to identify where the issue is, but it will be up to each person to fix the issue themselves as we do not provide software and hardware support for products that are not ours.

The 3 areas we have found that will block scripts are:
1. Via the internet router, generally in the security settings
2. Via the internet browser itself I.e. the Brave internet browser
3.Via internet browser extensions that have been installed I.e. duckduckgo

To test if point 1 is the issue:
Turn off / disconnect from your internet router on your device and use mobile data instead. Then go and try to access the survey again. If you are able to continue then the issue is being caused by your internet router. You'll need to access the router settings and find a way to whitelist the website addresses that you are trying to use.

To test if point 2 is the issue:
Download other internet browsers and then try to access the survey again. If you are able to continue then the issue is being caused by your the previous browser. You'll need to access the browser settings and find a way to whitelist the website addresses that you are trying to use.

To test if point 3 is the issue:
Disable all extensions running on your browser, then restart all instances of your browser and then try to access the survey again. If you are able to continue then the issue is being caused by a browser extension. You'll need to identify which extension is causing the issue and find a way to whitelist the website addresses that you are trying to use.

Note: It has also been found that some anti-virus software has started to include script blocking.
