Sometimes, a picture would be more useful for us to identify the issues you are encountering with your account or with a specific survey.

Depending on the device you are using, you have some options on how to take a picture of your phone's screen (screenshot). After you capture your screen you can view, edit and share the image.

Windows

There are 2 common options you can use:

  1. Click on "PRN SC" key, from the keyboard. This will copy the entire screen
  2. Click on "ALT + PRN SC" keys, from the keyboard. This will copy the active window.

You can then open a new email and paste the image (Ctrl+V or right click on the mouse/touchpad and select Paste). Then send it to us with a short description of what is happening.

Apple Mac

There are 3 common options you can use:

  1. Click on "SHIFT + CMD + 3" keys, from the keyboard. This will copy the entire screen.
  2. Click on "SHIFT + CMD + 4 + SPACE" keys, from the keyboard. This will copy the active window.
  3. Click on "SHIFT + CMD + 4" keys, from the keyboard. This will the selection of a portion of the screen.

You can then open a new email and paste the image (CMD+V or right click on the mouse/touchpad and select Paste). Then send it to us with a short description of what is happening.

Android devices:

From the screen that you want to capture, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons. This is the most common way. If this doesn't work try searching for "Screenshot on [your phone type]".

You can then open a new email and attach the image (normally via the paperclip icon).

Then send it to us with a short description of what is happening.

iPhone, iPad

On iPhone 8 and older versions, you need to hold down the Sleep/Wake button and press the Home button. You will hear a camera shutter (if your sound is on) and see a "flash." The screenshot appears in your Camera Roll/All Photos, as well as in the Screenshots album.

Starting with iPhone X forward, you must hold the Side Button to the right of the screen (Top button for iPad Pro) and tap the Volume Up button on the opposite side simultaneously.

You can then open a new email and attach the image (normally via the paperclip icon).

Then send it to us with a short description of what is happening.
