Why are different balance amounts showing?

Sometimes internet browsers cache (or store) old content. We see this happen more frequently on the redemptions page.

The higher balance amount is almost always right, so the amount you see on your dashboard page is probably the right one.

To get things back in sync, go to your Redeem page and refresh it (see below for a guide) and you may have to log out and back in again.
