There are many variables involved in selection so there are no guarantees to how many surveys each member will receive. We are looking to deliver as many surveys as our community can handle. Survey volumes have been growing month on month for the last 18 months (Pre Covid-19).
We are a relatively new business in the market (since 2017) but our explosive growth has allowed the Octopus community to already become one of the largest suppliers in Australia.
Our service is exceptional and has helped to win many survey bids, and our members willingness to spend more time and effort on our surveys has shown better quality data; showing better quality data is exceptionally difficult to prove but it is clearly working as this is what our clients are saying.
