When this happens we have to go back to the client to find out what survey status they have on their end. Generally, we don't write the actual surveys, this part is managed by the client.
If survey issues are encountered please let us know in as much detail as possible and we'll take it up with the client. Screenshots are really useful (most of the time).
After all, we don't get paid if our members don't qualify and complete surveys.
Please include how much time you spent in the survey and a description of any of the final questions that you answered.
Don't close the window/tab when the survey says it's finished. On completion of the survey, follow all prompts till the survey is redirect back to the Octopus site. That way the incentive is applied straight away.
