You might get a notification only to find that the survey is not there.

The two most common reasons for this are:

  1. The survey has been closed
  2. The survey is only available via the website

Our surveys can be filled very quickly. 

It is common knowledge that we pay the most for surveys (these are the same surveys offered by other providers). So our members are very keen to get in early. Even if this is not the case, surveys often don't run for longer than 5 days unless they are some sort of a tracking study. In the case of tracking studies they will be re-opened periodically to get the require numbers then closed again.

When we close surveys it can take a few minutes before the survey is removed from your list.
