The Membership policy reminder email is a two way street of communication so if you feel that your survey has been incorrectly identified then let us know, we have had plenty of instances where the client has agreed that the data was acceptable upon a more in-depth investigation.
This quality process re-enforces the promise of quality over quantity. Reputation is everything and if our clients don't see a qualify practice being followed they will not trust the quality of the data.
