There are 2 ways to have your account inactivated.

To unsubscribe your account:


  1. Members can unsubscribe from the Profile page, which is available after logging into https://my.octopusgroup.com.au
    • go to Profile - My Details and click the button to Unsubscribe
  2. Members can send an unsubscribe request to support@octopusgroup.com.au from your registered email address


Unsubscribing will allow you to log in and re-activate your account at a later time, however no further contact will be made until your account is re-activated.



To remove your account:

  1. Please send the request to support@octopusgroup.com.au from your registered email address
