If you haven't received the 4 digit code via SMS but you have submitted your registration then the account will need to be manually verified. This can happen when the SMS provider or your provider can't deliver the SMS or if your mobile reception is interrupted or unavailable.


We'll need to manually verify your mobile number and email.


You'll need to do 2 things:

  1. Send an SMS to support on +61 432 174 735 from your registered mobile number and just say "Please verify my mobile number".
  2. Send an email support@octopusgroup.com.au and just say "Please verify my email for [your mobile number here]


Once we confirm your mobile number and email address we'll finalise the registration process manually and send you a confirmation email.



Note:

We have seen rare instances where SMS codes have been received but the account has not been created. In this case you can re-register, if the page disallows re-registration it is likely the account already exists and the above steps should be followed.
