There are 2 ways to have your account deactivated:
To unsubscribe your account:
- Members can unsubscribe from the Profile page, which is available after logging into https://my.octopusgroup.com.au
- go to Profile - My Details and click the button to Unsubscribe
- Members can send an unsubscribe request to support@octopusgroup.com.au from your registered email address
Note: Unsubscribing will allow you to log in and re-subscribe your account at a later time, however no further notifications will be sent until your account is re-subscribed.
To remove your account:
- Please send the request to support@octopusgroup.com.au from your registered email address
