Make an e-Gift card redemption

UPDATE: As of 1st Jan 2021 the discount rate will be reduced from 5% to 4%. This change is a supplier enforced change.

Octopus Flexi e-Gift cards can be redeemed in multiples of $20, we negotiated a 4% discount which we pass directly on to you.

Please check the list before making this redemption. Once redeemed, the e-Gift card cannot be refunded.

Note: If your redemption page doesn't process try using a different device to submit the redemption, but still use your phone for the confirmation sms.

e-Gift redemptions are limited to a total of $100 per day,

To Redeem:
  1. Login into https://my.octopusgroup.com.au
  2. Go to the Redeem page
  3. Follow the on screen instructions
  4. Click Request

You will see something similar to the image below to confirm of your redemption request via SMS.

An email with your e-Gift card link will be sent to your registered email address.

The redemption is processed immediately and it will be listed on the Transaction History section.

The SMS confirmation process protects your account from any unauthorised activity.


  • If the message isn't delivered to the main numbers, try the SMS to our backup number/s:
    • AU: +61 433 928 957 or +61 429 352 899 (better for iPhone users)
    • NZ: +64 223 492 577

  • The main local AU mobile numbers are 0447 030 301 or 0432 174 735
  • Check your Spam/Junk folders if the email doesn't arrive in your inbox.
  • This screen is only available for 10 minutes, after that time you will need to start again.
  • Once redeemed the e-Gift card/s cannot be refunded.
  • Support can resend your e-Gift link if necessary.
  • Internet Explorer browser is not supported, please use a different browser to complete the redemption
