Manually verifying your account

If you haven't received the 6-digit code via SMS, but you have submitted your registration then the account will need to be manually verified. This can happen when our SMS provider or your mobile provider can't deliver the SMS or if your mobile reception is interrupted or unavailable.

In this case we'll need to manually verify your mobile number.

You'll need to send an email to support@octopusgroup.com.au from your registered email address on your account and just say "Please verify my registration for 04xx xxx xxx".

Note: Replace the 04xx xxx xxx with your actual mobile number.


The support team will work through the manual verification process with you.

Note:

We have seen rare instances where SMS codes have been received but the account has not been created. In this case you can re-register, if the page disallows re-registration it is likely the account already exists so support will need to be contacted.
