Browser caching issues - page not loading

Page loading issues are most commonly related to an internet browser caching problem (I.e. the browser is remembering old information).

There are 3 approaches to take when the page doesn't load properly. 

  1. Clear the internet browser cache - this is a great site with instructions for any device - https://refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
  2. Force Refresh the browser on the page that is having issues (on PC it is Ctrl+F5)
  3. Use a private window to access the page.

Note: If the page fails while in a survey this could indicate a loss of internet connection. In this case the survey would need to be re-accessed from our website (if the survey is able to be started from where it stopped).
